At Vive, we work closely with referrers to facilitate integrative, patient-centred care. We welcome any opportunities to collaborate with you and the rest of a person’s care team.

We can help support patient care by undertaking a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment, followed by a detailed report and treatment recommendations, and ongoing support as needed. We work collaboratively and can provide shared-care with other physiotherapists or services.

New patients can be referred using our online form, or alternatively, email us at hello@vivepainfatigue.com.au

Please note we are unable to accept agency-managed NDIS participants. We do accept CTP/Workers Compensation patients, but require specific approval - we are more than happy to assist this process.
